Change tab or page title of the form

Hi there,

When I created all my different forms, I made a lot of "Clone" versions, so that it would be faster. After changing the Title of my forms, my hyperlinks or my web tabs are still the old Titles, which are confusing my clients. 

For example, my form "Newborn Contract- Full" still says "Invoice & Contract- Gold" when sending the links to them. I have attached a photo example for reference.

Is there a way to change this so that my Form Titles and link titles are the same name?
