Hi, I was considering get a pro version of your system because I know how easy it is to use, but I have a friend who has a pro version but for some reason he said all his forms have been removed (Yesterday) with some explanation about a phishing attempt. Can you tell me why something like this might happen and is it likely to happen to me. i have a lot of websites relying on my forms. Best regards, Jim

We understand your concern, Jim. However, we won't be suspending users without reason, especially for paid users.

You will be auto suspended if our system tool that used to detect phishing forms will find your form containing terms like Credit Card using Single Text Entry field or anything that is not our Payment Integration. The term "password" is common. Even though you are not directly asking for an account login, our system will flag the form as phishing and you will be suspended right away. We suggest using a two or more words in the label, ex. Enter Codes, especially if you are protecting the password by conditional logic.

You can read our Terms of Use here: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use.

Note that paid accounts are subject to manual review. If you are on a paid account, you will not get auto suspended. Our team of reviewers will check the form, email you for forms that are violating our terms of use and suggest you what to do best to comply with it. However, if you will not respond within 48 hours after we send you the warning, we will be forced to suspend the account and leave it until we hear from you.

I hope that explains our protocol for suspending accounts. Let us know if you need any further information.

My friend has asked me to forward his details as his IP address has been blocked and he cannot contact you at all. The last email he got from Jotform was dated 19th October 2017 which was to confirm his account "has been upgraded to Jotform Premium." Then on 27th October (yesterday) it suddenly flagged up as "looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt" and on his websites it comes up as "form disabled." His account number is INT171019-3280-23899B. His email address ends in ......oup@hotmail.co.uk. Would you be kind enough to contact him immediately because he is a paying customer for many years and this block is affecting many of his websites. If you need any more details from me please don't hesitate to ask. Best regards, Jim
