Besides an ongoing issue with the date expiration not working, there seems to be a time-zone issue with Jotform.
The screenshot attached clearly shows I have my time-zone correctly selected as I am in the Los Angeles time zone. However, when I make any changes in my form the form time indicates the last edit time one hour prior to my actual time.
Today I worked on a form at 1:20pm in my time zone, but the last edit time showed 2:20.
This is possibly why the expiration date auto disable feature does not work.
These issues really need to be addressed.

I believe this is the form example you are referring to: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/73006620884960
I have forwarded this issue to our back-end team. You will be updated on this thread.

Update time was looking for computer time in order to show it. I have changed it to match with selected timezone.
