    I have changed the e-mail address, i.e. notification 1, use 1@domain.com, notification 2, use 2@domain.com. But, when i test to send the e-mail, both send to 1@domain.com. Although i have deleted the e-mail address and re-add again a few time, the result still the same.

    I still havent upload the form to my website, so not able to put URL for the web page that has this form.

    Appreciate your help on this.

    Have you tried already deleting your browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try.
