Sorry, I hope I have not confused you but what I was asking :
In one of my forms I have some text comments, listed on the actual form and I want to have those text comments sent with the submission email that comes from Jotform....for example: they are the Office Use Only text comments?
Because there is no actual question the form won't send me the text comments that is on the form.
Hope this is not too hard to do?

Bill,
The TEXT field in the form is not included in the form email. You will need to manually add them in the form email.
Ex:
