The confirmation submission page is not updating with the changes made in my forms.
To trouble shoot, I cloned the form and linked a new embed into the form. I also made sure to refresh the page before submitting a new form.

I cloned your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/73020843971152) and tried to edit the submission I made, however, I was not able to replicate the issue you have mentioned. The changes I made on the submission appeared on the Submission Page.

I also tried the Edit Submission Link on the Notification Email and still, I didn't replicate the issue.
Could you please try it again on your end? If possible, please try other browsers to see if that helps.
