    Forms disabled because account went over limit

    Hello. 

    We've been cleaning out all unnecessary files - yet our forms still seems to shut-down - without notice. (BTW, from a business perspective, you should really be sending out a warning notice. We haven't received any - unless we're missing something)

    And even thouugh there are 3 submissions on your server (totalling no more than 27.2meg)

    you still have us as over-limit (at 132.72MB of 100MB used)

     

    Need help immediately. 

    Please let us know what's going on and how we can alleviate this issue. 

    We rely heavily on user-submitted files - this is a grave concern.

    Susan,

    We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. As a matter of fact, we do send out email notices for accounts that go over their limits. You might have simply missed this notice - checking your Spam folder regularly is a good idea.

    By the way, I notice that you have already upgraded your account. That is certainly a good decision since you have mentioned that your forms rely heavily on user uploads. A free account can only store up to 100MB worth of files at a given time.
