Using forward slashes in calculated fields

I'm trying to put forward slashes in an "Update/Calculate" setting and they are not showing up in the calculated field. They appear in the Settings window as black icons. Is there some way to get the forward slash to appear in calculated fields? Thank you.

If you click on each entry it will change colour. Brown means to treat the information as a string of characters. While black means to treat the information as a number.

I see you are using your slashes in numerical form. When you do that it will perform a division operation.

You will need to change your slashes to character strings so that they display.
