Cannot change recipient email address

    Whenever I attempt to change the recipient email address and send a test email, an old email address pops up as the recipient. I have tried multiple ways to change the recipient email; changing it on the envelope when specifing that I want to change an address, selecting the option from the "Email Notifications" menu...nothing seems to make the old address go away. Any suggestions?

    The reason your form changes aren't taking effect is most likely because you need to make sure you go to this address: and log into your JotForm account there since that is where youre forms are located on our servers and then edit the Email Notification and save it.

    The Test Email function found in the Compose Email screen sends only to the account owner's email. You must either do a test submit on your live form, or change your JotForm account's email address.
