Need to transfer a form from another user account to mine.

I was told in the support forum that a request a transfer of a form from the other user's account to mine was needed.  The user, WHAMGA, has a free account and wants to transfer his form to my account - which is the main account for our office.  How would he put in a request to JotForm staff to transfer the form.  Please include any/all protocols that he needs to follow.  Thanks.

We can help you with the transfer process. However, the request should be coming from the account WHAMGA - the source account - since he/she owns the forms. Please inform the owner of the account WHAMGA to login and request the transfer of forms through this forum.
