Customize autoresponder based on user's response

    Hi.  I have two autoresponses/thank you pages for this form.  How do I customize the auto response based on the answer to the payment method question?  I know how to do it for the thank you page.

    Also how do I make some of the sentences on the thank you page and the auto responder email to be single spaced?
