when I clear the form and start again - terms and conditions is not clearing...
it appears as though it has a tick - but it is not active and not firing conditions...
this could be confusing for many people,
is there another method of doing terms and conditions with a link

I have cloned your form named "Southland Wedding Expo" on my side in order to test this situation on my side.
I have seen that you have a condition belongs to the "Terms&Conditions" widget in order to hide multiple fields. However, your "Terms&Conditions" widget seems to be hidden by default. First, I have disabled hide option of the widget.
I have disabled related conditions in order to test better and I have experienced the issue you have. When checking "I agree to terms&conditions", the tick does not disappear when refreshing the page.
The reason of this issue is enabled "Continue Forms Later" feature. When it is enabled, the autofill feature work and the answers will be saved temporarily. The answers will not disappear when refreshing the web browser page. Please disable that option as you can see the screenshot below:

hide option on terms widget - off...
continue form later - off
condition fields - on...
same problem - terms still shows a tick and is not active after clearing.
I want it to be hidden until customer has filled all boxes above, then show terms box, and when that is ticked, they get send button
ctrl F5 helps, but my concern is that most customers will not know these tricks
they may look at the form and wonder why there is no send button... after all they have ticked their boxes...
I may remove the clear fields button at some stage.
I didnt realise using 'show' conditions would automaticaly hide fields?

Thank you for explaining further how your form is set up.
I have made my own test and I was able to reproduce the issue with regards to the Terms and Condition widget not clearing its input when the "Clear Form" button of the Submit button is clicked.
I will be submitting this to our developers so it can be further checked. I may not be able to provide you any timeframe to when this will be fixed, but please be assured that once we have an update from them, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
