Pictures taken with Tablet arent showing up

We are a granite countertop company and we send our installers to take pictures before and after as proof of the countertops being installed with this specific form here https://form.jotform.com/72155398384163 when they take the pictures they arent showing up when they submit them they are 0 bytes please let me know what is going on with your system thanks. 

I don't have any tablet on me at this time, so I tested from my phone, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, all images are showing (that I uploaded). Please be mindful that when you're uploading many images, especially from mobile devices, and especially in high resolution, it will take time, meaning that connection can drop and upload will be interrupted. 

Since you have many fields upload fields in the form, uploading such number of images can drop, depending on connection of course.

Furthermore, you can let us know which table are you using so we can run additional tests.
