The form I embedded into my website is for business loan applications (so they of course all need signatures and have to be presented a certain way for compliance reasons). I need the form inputs and Adobe Sign to populate my PDF application upon submitting the online form. Thanks.

When the Adobe Document Cloud eSign Widget is used on form, both you and the form submitter should receive a signed document from the Adobe eSign. The document also contains the filled form data along with the signature details.
I am afraid that we do not have any built-in tools to include the Adobe eSign document to the separate PDFs.
