ive written about this before and I believe you were going to reach out to Adobe Sign about the issue. When merchants try doing the Adobe sign on an iPhone when filling out their name it leaves the signing and it looks like it's not working and merchants quit thinking it's not working. They actually can keep typing and hit ok on phone and goes back to the esign but there is no way for them to know that. How can we get this fixed?
