I have gone to "My Forms", and can see the form in the list. However, every time I click on "Edit" the form builder defaults to a new form, and I get the new form pop up video tutorial. There doesn't appear to be any way to edit the saved information. This is soooo frustrating. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That sounds awfully strange to me. Are you using any particular browser or is it happening with all of them? To which edit link in the "My Forms" window are you referring? Do you mean those listed at the bottom right of the screen or in the main canvas area? (see screenshot)

It sounds like your browser cookies are disabled.
Another possible reason might be the domain name. Can you make sure the domain name on My Forms page and when you edit the form is exactly same. For example, if you are on jotform.com on My Forms page and somehow you go to www.jotform.com, the jotform.com cookies cannot be seen on the www.jotform.com domain name.
