The conditions based on user's answer do not work for me

Hello, I have done exactly as the above example explains, however, when I preview the form the fields that should only show based on the condition (based on what answer they select) are still showing, so it does not seem to be working for me. I'm unsure of what I'm doing wrong.

This could be related to the earlier issue on forms. There was an issue on the CDN cache earlier which prevents the saved forms from appearing properly as expected on publish. This has been recently been fixed. Please check your form and let us know if the problem persists.
