The order form is not opening in IE but is working in Chrome.
Can you please advise why this might be an issue?

Your form worked for me on IE 11 browser but it is sluggish especially on its initial load. Sometimes the scripts take longer to load. It's actually the same for Chrome and Firefox too but they still work better compared to IE which sometimes crashed.
However, when I tried my form with IE 11, it is working normally just fine.
So I think the problem is specific to your form. I tried removing the long product field and it restores the expected performance of the form. It also worked normally on IE browser after that.
So my suggestion would be to reduce the product lists if possible in order to improve the browser load or performance. For me, this falls to a browser performance issue because it takes some time to render the product elements within the browser. Unfortunately, since IE browser is pretty obsolete with very limited resources, it would not work well compared to the new browsers like Chrome, Firefox or MS Edge. Or you can suggest the users to use Chrome or Firefox instead.
