Is a field able to "lock in" someone's response

I have a Yes No field to the question, Do You Have Your Master's Degree.  If they say no, they are not allowed to continue.  Is it possible to lock in their answer so they don't go back and change it to allow them to continue on?

In addition to your Hide condition, you may add a Disable condition to disable the 'Do you have a Master's Degree' field.

However, if user reload the form he/she will be able to do the selection again. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be controlled.
