Trouble with formatting and email confirmations

    Hello - I have an online registration that needs to go live now.  I've had a few people do a test sign up.  They have not received an email confirmation and it didn't go to their spam folders.  Also, when I personally do a test it takes sometimes an hour or longer for my confirmation to arrive.  Please tell me how to fix this issue.  If my 400+ volunteers can't get confirmation emails when they register I'm in big trouble.  Help!

    Also - Why does the font change from one user to another?  When I have a friend open the page they see a completely different font than the font I chose and see when I created and when I currently work on the form.

    I have been checking your form and it seems like you're using a Gmail address as sender, please make sure that you have  properly set up as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/392-How-to-Use-Your-Gmail-Account-as-Your-Email-Sender-via-SMTP 

    Also, the email history shows as sent and none  of your emails have been blocked or bounced, you may also check your email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    Regarding to the font, please note that a different font may be showing  since the one you have set up is not available on the computer where the form has been loaded. To avoid such issues it's recommended to load the fonts from the network, please check this guide that will help you using Google fonts: https://www.jotform.com/help/100-How-to-Use-Google-Fonts-in-your-Form

    Thanks for your reply. I think I figure it out.
    I have another question.
    In my confirmation emails, the Autoresponder, There are a group of
    questions that have drop down answers, choosing a number. That number they
    choose doesn't show up in the confirmation emails. Below are a couple
    email confirmations. Can you tell me how to format so that the answer also
    shows up in the confirmation email?
