    jotform.com vs jotformpro.com

    I know that the 2 addresses are supposed to produce the same results, but today, they do not.



    I updated my form at jotform.com, but my website points to jotformpro.com

    What changed recently?

    Hi David,

    jotformpro.com is the domain assigned for Premium users since you have upgraded the account the forms will be using the jotformpro.com url. Please get the new embed code and update the sites where the forms were added.

    On the contrary, my updated form is visible at Jotform.com and NOT at jotformpro.com.

    A few months back, we were all told that the two domains were equivalent to each other.

    Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

    The answer to that is both, they are and yet they aren't.

    They are because JotForm uses several different domains that are each associated to different servers which trickles down to our members depending on their account type and such. The reason for us having so many is due to the load which is required to handle largescale customerbases versus the typical one and with as many customers as JotForm has, something like that would simply crash.

    They aren't because if you've upgraded usually that is the reason why your forms end up with the mentioned problems because you need to change it to the suggested url when an error pops up and that should be re-embedded into the sourcecoding on the website that your forms are shown on.

    As a result of this usually it is best to log into the same domain that your forms are associated with otherwise if you make changes and save it, it most likely will not show up and leave you wondering why it didn't work.
