Hi, we are using Paypal pro in our forms. However, Paypal expressly does not support transactions from these countries below, most of which are in the drop down. While they remain an option in our form, Paypal have imposed a small rolling hold on our account until they are removed. I have no idea how to do that (and as they are by default countries paypal don't allow, wonder why they are there)

How can I remove these from the default list?

    Ø  Balkans

    Ø  Belarus

    Ø  Burma/Myanmar

    Ø  Cote d'Ivoire

    Ø  Cuba

Ø  Democratic Republic of the Congo(Congo)

    Ø  Iran

    Ø  Iraq

    Ø  Lebanon

    Ø  Liberia

    Ø  Libya

    Ø  North Korea

    Ø  Somalia

    Ø  Sudan

    Ø  Syria

    Ø  Zimbabwe

Firstly, I would like to inform you about that PayPal Pro is supported in the same countries that PayPal support. I have understood that you want to remove the countries that do not support PayPal, so PayPal Pro.

Besides, I have seen that the country list you have written above is incorrect. PayPal is supported in the following countries: Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Congo, Somalia, Zimbabwe You can find detailed information in the following link of PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide

On the other hand; as you have already indicated Burma/Myanmar, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria doesn't support PayPal. Between them; I have seen that Myanmar, Iran, Irak, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria is in our country list in PayPal and PayPal Pro.

You are not able to remove those countries form the country list of PayPal. So, I have forwarded this situation to our software development team in order to omit those countries from PayPal country list. We are going to inform you as soon as the feature will be changed or we will have any updates regarding this situation.

Thank you very much for reporting us.
