This form is not working

Hi there,

I'm trying to fill up this form at https://form.jotform.me/72884272611459 and at Step 7, no matter if I check one, or check all checkboxes, I can't proceed, as clicking Next tells me "This field is required.".

This issue is on both Chrome and Firefox.

But I am able to select any of them and proceed with the Next button with your form on both Chrome and Firefox. Could you please check whether that field has entry limit or not?

If you are a form user, it would be much better to contact the owner of the form regarding this issue.

However, I checked the form (https://form.jotform.me/72884272611459) and also, I was able to proceed with the Next button after selecting an option/s in the checkbox field. 

Please note that if you select the "Other" from the option you need to provide an answer, in order to proceed.
