Field is still visible after Hide

The field for Note to Monica/Remy is still showing but it is hidden.

What to do? I cannot delete it because there are data already submitted that I want to keep.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I have checked the form you shared with us but I'm not seeing any field that says "Note to Monica/Remy". I have created a clone version of the form and I don't see the field either on the form builder page.

Perhaps you are referring to a different form? Or, you have renamed the field label of the field in question?
