If possible, and I cannot remember if asked, but is there a way for a user (Preferably on a smartphone) to click the url of a 3rd party website, and that website URL automatically be placed into a JotForm fill-in block?
Can something like that be done?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm not completely sure what is that you want to achieve, so I'll ask:
1) Do you want to click a link on 3rd party website and insert something in a certain field in your form?
2) Or you want to click a link on 3rd party website and prepopulate the whole form with certain data?
Please let us know so we can provide you with a way. Also, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
We'll wait for your response.

Thanks for responding.
You are correct in both of your assertions.
I would want a user to go to any ticket website (e.g., Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc....), as with most, each seat location has its own URL, they click the link of the seat location URL, and it automatically populates in this section ("Event and Seat Location") of my current JotForm:
I will read that URL guide you forwarded as well.

Thank you for additional information.
To prepopulate your "Event and Seat location" you can use this link: https://form.jotform.me/71783263323456?enterEvent=test where "enterEvent" is the name of the field, and "test" is what you will insert in that field. So just replace "test" with a value that you need, and you can use that link in your websites.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

I am a tech novice :)
That code you mentioned, "enterEvent=test", where do I specifically enter that?
- How does that work when they are on Ticketmaster / StubHub and want their ticket seat location auto-populated into my JotForm section?
Also, my calculations are not working, where when a user enters a number / price in the "Total Price of Tickets...." field, the software automatically takes off 15% and enters that total in the "Total Price" field.
Thanks for your help.

You just have to append that into your form URL.
Your form URL: https://form.jotform.me/71783263323456
Then append ?enterEvent=Event and Seat Location
Just replace the value (text in bold) to your preference.
With regards to the calculation, we will answer it here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1291098.

Where do I enter the information above (append ?enterEvent=Event and Seat Location)? I am a tech novice, so I would need the steps?
Also, once that part is done, when a user is on a ticket website (e.g., Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc...) and finds the ticket / seat location on that website, where each has its own URL, how will they automatically get that ticket / seat location into that particular JotForm location?
Example of a Ticketmaster seat URL: https://www.ticketmaster.com/resale/checkout/order?v=dPoEydl_YKB_bqPX2cqQfq-hPqQeNtVPPTc4oBcVjEdFj-7ka_6N9zWaV7UibhGPMAHMiK1E1FxAcdtv4m6VVYuDOGm8zZ1Vlxje2iiXgR7p6dMrowErrFJSrbPczuZV6BKI1ZWYivopzPPicJ4celuxB6B3_C1Z321lio_Kd4TOJegt1ueKJsj1AwGcRPaA71ku65SL8U9ndFYHz_woaufEO4D1dZqj6bszgexEcazl3wDjrvxVppUwSsYjyVN-s9CvKW_ZiB0KwvsAyF4ztQc3ZhJg4gAKCCUUqOOrrHTRZOZpx0NZVTXiPHTZsIScJKDFqj2Ea0p49SM3NysjVqs9JU6V7Gp1nX2Qcj-Dv53RMMjja43weIIEgw&ccp_src=2&ccp_channel=0&edp=https%3A%2F%2Fwww1.ticketmaster.com%2Fwashington-redskins-vs-minnesota-vikings-landover-maryland-11-12-2017%2Fevent%2F1500528AF851A15C%3Fartistid%3D806041%26majorcatid%3D10004%26minorcatid%3D8%26tm_link%3Dsearch_msg-0_1500528AF851A15C%26seedValue%3Dv2&responsive=1&identity_login=1&identity_login_delivery=1
What would they have to do while on the Ticketmaster or StubHub website to get that URL into my JotForm section?

You append it to URL of your form. So if this is your form URL: http://www.jotform.me/form/71783263323456 you add it like this: http://www.jotform.me/form/71783263323456?enterEvent=TEST
Just replace the TEST with whatever information you want to be shown, just click the link and you will see: http://www.jotform.me/form/71783263323456?enterEvent=TEST
I'm not completely sure how you imagined the workflow, but you would have to place the URL with the prepopulate link (like the one above) there so when they click they will be directed to your form with information inputted already.
Bottom line you will have to place the URL of your form on your website.
If I understood your question correctly.
