Setting up after school programs....  The first part of the form will be selecting the classes.  There's limited space so I'm setting those up like inventory...once I have the prices for each class, I'll then have a price selector...people may be registering multiple children for classes...

Is there a way to have registration boxes pop up per the number of classes they selected (no matter the same or difference classes)...

So if I select 2 "amaze your friends" classes...then I get 2 separate registration areas...(it would be great if "amaze your friends" already populates in it)....

It is possible to have the field display based on who many people have selected a specific class. This can be made possible by use of show hide condition. I have created a demo by using the field "Little Lab, grades K-2  " and selecting quantities.

Kindly feel free to clone and use it.

Below is a guide on use of conditional logic to in your form.

Now I've set up a multiple question registration area.... and I've figured it out to get it to can I get more than 1 to appear if they select more than one class?  Not sure how you did that part....

In order to display multiple fields at once by using conditions, it is required to set multiple action items in the condition as shown in the screenshot below.

Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up the conditions.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
