How can I create a registration form for users using a mapping widget so that all the users in a same course can see the geo localisation of the others in the course.

Unfortunately, our geolocation or map widgets do not have such functionality. They are only designed to capture the user's location or defined address. They can't be used to search for users or locate the previous users who submitted the form.

If you want users to view the location of all the users who submitted the form, you can use this app http://views.jotform.io. This allows you to create a custom formatted submissions report and you can embed that report to your website.
