on my Myforms page it says I have one new form and I do not have any new Submissions It has been this way for 4 days. Am I missing one somewhere?

If you look at the submissions page (My Form / Submissions), and the submissions count are correct (all 315), then, this is probably just a lingering cache on the browser. You can clear it by clicking on the "More" button and select "Mark All as Read"
Inform us if the issue persist after doing this.
