We're receiving an error from captcha on this form https://form.jotform.com/62776949472979
I've tested it on Captcha's external site and it's working fine- is there a problem with the widget?

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/62776949472979) but there is no captcha field on it. Perhaps you have removed it when you post your concern in this thread? Are you still encountering the issue on your end?
I did a test on your form ( please ignore my test submission) and I was able to submit it without issues.

Yes, we ended up removing the widget from the form as it was for internal use only.

It looks like you're using the Google reCaptcha widget. Please try using the default Captcha field and see if the issue still persists. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field
