I have updated my payment method twice. Old account keeps getting charged.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    It seems you have duplicate bronze monthly subscription plan. One of my colleague have already taken care of this issue and requested our billing team to cancel and process the refund for your duplicate subscription payment.

    There is no action required from your end. Do get back to us if your account is downgrade but do not upgrade your account again.
