    Log in has a suspended error.

    Upon review of your account it was found form: to be collecting credit card information.Which is not allowed per our Terms of Use.


    You agreed upon acceptance of the Terms of Use that the Company ( meaning JotForm) may terminate your JotForm service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive information, such as and not limited to: credit cards, Social Security Numbers or login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information such as banking sensitive coding.

    Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity.
    The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    We are certified but you have to collaborate with us by using the tools necessary to protect your information.

    My account was auto suspended. I am unaware of anything that had been done that was against terms. I am new to jot form so please inform me of any miss steps so I can correct them.

    As shown in the screenshot below:

    Your form was collecting credit card information on plain text fields. This should not be done. Since the information on such fields is not protected. Please arrange for your form to use payment integration. Follow the link for it on the previous response.
