Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

Hello,

I was in the middle of creating a form and I was suddenly booted with this error: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED. I didn't select any login widget to place in my form, I think the last thing I was looking at was adding the column widget to see if it would get what I was looking for? Not sure why any widget on the form maker would boot someone or suspend them...

What can be done to remove the suspension ASAP?
