Hipaa compliant?

 I have a medical practice. I want to create my forms online with this system. I’d like patients to be able to go to my online page which is Online and fill out new patient paperwork. Then print them out and bring into the office. Or send them to me via fax or email. Does your program have this capability? If so how would I get your forms on my webpage for patients to fill out pronounce or either email to me.

Update (April 19, 2018) HIPAA is available for our Gold and Silver plans.
