    When does my monthly allocation reset?

    Hi it says my form has received the full quota of submissions allowed for the month on the "free" usage

    when does the allocation reset for the next month?

    I don't believe I've had 100 submissions in the last month though.

    The submission allocation for Free subscription resets every 1st date of the Month. Unfortunatelly, you had exceeded already beyond the allowed limit, this the reason your form was already disabled.

    You should not allow the form to get disabled due to overlimits, as this become permanent when the disabling happen. The system usually provide alert information when approaching the overlimit.

    The right thing to do is to immediately make the adjustment (deleting submissions or stopping form submissions), when the message warning alerted you that you are approaching the overlimit. OR if you feel that your submissions tends to exceed than the monhly limit, then you should try the Monthly paid plans. This will avoid service interuption on your end.

    On the 5th of this month I received the notice that we were reaching the limit. 

    We have NOT received 100 submissions in 5 days - if as you say they are reset on the 1st of the month.  We would be lucky to have received 20 submissions in that time.

    So there is no way I can get my form up and running again?

    Our aplogoy for this. I seems your account was affected by the glitch a week ago when JotForm migrated servers. But we have properly resetted the submission counter now and removed the 'overlimit' status. Everything should be fine now.
