So understand Email Notifications and Autoresponders can be sent advising seller of imcomplete payments.
What I am looking to do is have an email sent to the potential customer who did not consummate the purchase allowing them to do so easily, i.e. by providing a link back to the form ot by forwarding the form itself that can be completes, along wit a message advising them of same,
