Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

I have been testing your form and it seems to be working on my end, I tested it using Chrome in desktop and iPad (emulator):

Sub domain form.jotformeu.com blocked by Swiss telecom Image 10

Please test your form using this link: https://www.jotform.com/form/71243706381352

Also, make sure that there is anything blocking the Jotform links, if possible try with incognito mode and using a different internet connection.

Please let us know how it goes.

I tried like you wrote, i also tried to clear cache but the only way it works is with your link.

Why does the other link doesn't work? When i click on "publish" it gives me always the link https://form.jotformeu.com/71243706381352

The issue must be related to Swisscom, I assume that is your internet provider?

Please confirm, anyhow, I have contacted Swisscom regarding the domain issue, so I will keep you posted once I receive an information from them.

    Thank you for your patience.

Yes, Swisscom is the internet provider. Thanks for your help and keeping me updated.

I forgot to say that this error only comes when you open it on mobile device (i testet with iPad and iPhone with different internet connections). If you open it on PC it works.

    Hello,

Regarding reaching JotFrom via Swisscom, although we receive no response from Swisscom, there are some customer feedbacks that they were able to reach our eu servers using Swisscom. Could you please try again to reach Jotform eu servers?
