I don't have access to my just-created form via JotForm. It is also not possible to open this in a new Tab, or even via iFrame.

We had a similar issue with a Swiss user earlier today. Was resolved by accessing the form using a different URL:
http://www.jotformeu.com/form/73104284444351 This is the one that wont load.
http://www.jotform.com/form/73104284444351 This should work.
It seems that some Swiss internet providers are blocking the eu domain for some strange reason. As you can see from my screenshot your form is available on the internet.
