Login Suspended???

    My jotform link doesn't work an error message come sup and says form is disabled  and I just tried calling in and it says login is suspended. My email is curvyventures@gmail.com

    Upon review of  your account it was found that form :

    http://www.jotform.us/form/73054393282154 is collecting credit card information on plain text fields as shown in the screenshot below:

    You agreed upon acceptance of the Terms of Use that the Company ( meaning JotForm) may terminate your JotForm service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive information, such as and not limited to: credit cards, Social Security Numbers or login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information such as banking sensitive coding.

     

     Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    We are certified, but we will need you to collaborate to protect your information and that of your customers by using payment integration when requesting payments with a credit card, the link below will help you in the How to's:

    Your form will be cleansed and your account reactivated. Allow 30 min for the system to reset and recognize your login.

    Please implement this as soon as possible in order not to draw unwanted attention.

    Am I able to use something on the form that doesn't ever charge the credit
    card? We are only collecting the credit card info to call in the payment to
    the cruise line who makes the charge. I don't ever want to charge the card.

    You cannot collect credit card details using regular text fields. Please check our terms of use.

    Since this is what seems you are needing for your company to be able to forward the information to the Cruise Line then you must rely on an external way to collect such information. Otherwise, the system will block your forms from collection of such data.

    They can call in, fax, or use other means to let you have that information with signed authorization. For which JotForm will not be a third party.
