we have a free account with 3 email recipients that receive the form upon submission. 2 of the emails recipients are not getting some of these emails on a regular basis.Page URL:

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I have checked the form you shared in this thread and I can only see one recipient set to receive the email notification set up in it. Did you remove the other 2 email addresses? May I suggest that instead of using only one email notification, you can create two other email notifications and set the other email addresses as the recipient of each email notification. This way it will be easy for you to determine which email address is causing any issues if in case there is.
