    Hallo

Meine Formularvorschau funktioniert nicht und die einbettung auf einer Jimdoseite ebenfalls nicht. Woran liegt das?

    Freundliche Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Your form is working fine on my end. However, it seems we have an issue with some providers from Switzerland. Is your provider Swisscom (Swiss Web-Provider)?

Our developers are aware of this issue. I will report them your issue as well.

The issue is related to our sub-domain form.jotformeu.com. Form now you can change it to www.jotformeu.com or form.jotform.com to resolve this issue.

Please check if this links of your form are working properly on your end:

Thanks for your interest and understanding,

In the meantime, you can alternatively use https://eu.jotform.com/xxx or https://www.jotformeu.com/xxx to avoid any inconvenience.

Thanks for your answer! Yes Swisscom is my web provider and the most known in Switzerland. The two alternativ links are working fine, but not when I embembe the code on my webside...: https://jaun-bergbahnen.jimdo.com/de/winter-1/bestellung-wintersaisonkarten/ I changed the embemed-jotformcode to :

Is that a Jimdo problem or still related to swisscom?
Snowy greetings from the Swiss Alps

Looks like you used the JS Embed codes on that page. Can you please follow our guide for Jimdo and use the iFrame Embed codes instead?

    Complete guide: Add-a-form-to-a-Jimdo-page

Try using the codes below when embedding the form to your website while following the guide above.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-73054208384354" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://www.jotform.com/73054208384354" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hello,

Regarding reaching JotFrom via Swisscom, although we receive no response from Swisscom, there are some customer feedbacks that they were able to reach our eu servers using Swisscom. Could you please try again to reach Jotform eu servers?
