While you are on Form Builder, click on "Email Alerts" button and then click on "New Email" button to create a new email alert that sends submission data to your email address.
2. Submissions Page:
On My Forms page, select your form and then click on "Submissions" button at the top. This will show you all submissions made for that form.
On My Forms page, select your form and then click on "Reports" button. Then click on "Add New Report" and complete the wizard. You will be given a report URL. You can use that to access your reports.
