I am part of a PTA group that is using JotForm. After revising an existing membership form I submitted my own to see how it worked and what reply, if any, would be recieved. I received an automatic reply email from the previous membership coordinator and I went in and revised that. However, I am not seeing my own submission for membership anywhere. Any suggestions on where it might be?

May I ask the name or the URL of the form which you have recently submitted?
Please provide some of the information you have submitted to this form as well.
