Photos not visible on the App

    Hi all,

    We are having difficulty seeing the photos on the Jot Form App.  Here is what it looks like when the photos are submitted.

    For us to be able to explicitly escalate the matter, can you tell us if this is an image on the form or a submission? Also, as I noticed that you have a number of forms in your account, can you share with us which form this is happening?

    Hello,
    This is a submission. It happens on ALL our forms. I am wondering if it is an issue with the widget itself.

    I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will look into the matter. And should provide a response as soon as it is possible.

    Okay…Can you give me an idea when that will be? My clients are asking us to find an alternative program if this doesn’t happen soon.

    Hello Karli,

    I have received information from Curtis, the developer assigned on the case, he said that an update shall be released within 24 hours. We will keep you posted once there is an update.
