How can I get the PayPal app integrated on a registration form?

I set up the information for the PayPal option but cannot figure out how to get it actually embedded on the form.

If yes, I checked the form and I can see the payment field properly. Here's a screenshot of the product field:

After clicking the Submit button, the user will be redirected to the PayPal page. Here's a screen animation of my test submission to your form:
