I am getting a weird error message saying muy account has been suspended

    My name is Rich Meyer and I am president of EzFundraising101. I have been using jot form for several months {love your service by the way}. I set up websites for my new coordinators and then add a contact me form to their personal fundraising websites. It has been working great. But I just tried to create a contact form for one of my new coordinators and got this message
