I can't view the forms shared with me by my colleague

Hello, I am trying to view Jotfroms that a co-worker of mine created. When he shares them with me, I am unable to view them. Can you fix this.?Thanks!

🔘 Are you cloning the forms?

🔘 Were you added as a Subuser?
