How do I email the form?

Asked by resortmya on September 12, 2012 at 03:13 PM

I have made 20 or so form and I want each for to be emailed to a different email address... and all the submissions to my email. I was able to email the first one but when I go to email the 2nd one from the Embed Form tab it says that I have reached my limit. Is there another way to email them out? The only other option I can think of is to email the links from my own Outlook account.

JotForm's Email Form feature can only be used for a limited number of emails. This is to prevent spam abuse.

I am sorry but you are correct, your only other option is to manually email the links from your email account.

I haven't tested it but I think you can customize the html of an outlook email signature using this method: http://cfxcreative.com/blog/2011/01/tricking-outlook-2010-into-using-custom-html-template-for-new-messages-replies-forwards/
