How can I make the background fixed on my form

I've built a form using Pet Lover's theme. In Build mode, the form questions scroll on top of the main picture background. However, when I go to preview, or publish the form, the whole page scrolls, the picture repeats, page to page. It looks awkward. 

I like the form scrolling on top of the picture, without the picture repeating page to page. Why is this different when I publish the form? Seems like a glitch. 

Hello @struttingpaws - I can only assume you managed to figure this out after posting your thread. Your form's background appears to be fixed and doesn't scroll along with the content.

In case we're mistaken, just get back to us and we'll have another look.
