Hi, for some reason the forms I have created do not submit if they are completed on a mobile or ipad. But they submit fine on a laptop. I have used the direct link for the client to access but they do not work. Is there a reason why do you know?

Are you referring to this form (https://www.jotform.com/63405801342346)?
I cloned the form and I was able to replicate the issue on my iPhone. The solution is to update the Terms and Conditions widget. Heres how:
In the Form Builder, select the Terms and Conditions widget and then click the "Widget Settings" button. After that, click the "Update Widget" button.
