A form accidentally deleted. How can I recover it?

One of my forms seems to be deleted.  I was looking at the Inbox submissions, and when I closed out of it, now I cannot find it. 

The title is:   2018 AGBell Convention Call for Presentations - Professionals

I have checked your account and found that, your form is there in your form list.
